Warranty
Cornilleau warrants its equipment with respect to manufacturing or material defects for 2 years from the date of purchase, and 10 years for outdoor table tops.
No warranty is granted if the product has been used for an activity other than the intended purpose and/or if the product has been mistreated and/or dropped.
The following will be required for ALL warranty claims:
- Proof of purchase
- Customer’s personal information – name, address and contact details.
- Summary of the circumstances involved.
Shipping
Shipping Fees
Shipping fee applies and will be displayed as a line item under your subtotal during the checkout process.
Flat rate shipping means that to provide the lowest prices to our customers, We will NOT charge additional shipping and handling cost for additional items purchase in 1 single purchase under the same shipping address.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes please send us an email and we will check the shipping cost to your country.
When will my item be delivered?
We will make best efforts to deliver products within 10 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process in Hong Kong.
Please indicate delivery time if you have any specific delivery date and time requests in ypur enquiry. We will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery time. We will contact you personally via telephone or email to confirm the delivery details as well.

How to make Payment?
We partner with PayPal to be our payment gateway and you can shop at our site with confidence. Paypal is easy to use, secure and popular with many online shoppers and we do not store any of your credit card information. Paypal can process payments through credit card (Paypal account not required) or through Paypal Account. If you wish to make payment by Bank Telegraphic Transfer, please email us for our bank details.
